GreaseisreferredtoasPrimingorAirBleeding.
ItishighlyrecommendedtoprimetheGreasegun,beforeit’susedforthefirsttime.
Also,anytimeinoperation,ifgreasestopscomingout,themostprobablecauseis
trappedairingrease.Followthebelowlistedstepstoremovetrappedair.
1. OncetheGreasecartridgeisloadedintotheGreasecylinder,fastenthegrease
gunhead.Donotfullytightenthehead.Leaveatleastabout23turnsasescape
passagefortrappedair
2. Slightlypullbacktheplungerrod&doingso,presstheLockLeverontheend
cap.Thiswillreleasetheplungerrod&itwillstarttomoveinsidethegrease
gun.Rotate&pushtheplungerrodinside,forcingoutalltrappedairingrease
fromthegapbetweenthegunhead&thecylinder.Pullbacktheplungerrod
again&repeattherotate&pushactionafewtimes
3. NowFullytightentheGreaseGunHeadontothecylinder
4. Startoperatingthe
greasegun.Greasewillstartflowingout.Keeprunningit,till
abubblefreeclearstreamofgreaseflowsout.Ifthisdoesnothappen,then
thereisstillsometrappedairingrease.Repeatabovestepstoonceagainbleed
thegun
5. Oncealltrappedairisforcedoutofthegrease,connecttheextension&coupler
tothegunoutlet.Useathreadsealantforaleakproofconnection
6. Onceagainoperatethegun,tillgreasestartscomingoutofthegreasecoupler
Note:Ifinregularuse,greasestopsflowing,followtheabovesteps
toprimethegun
withouthavingtoremovetheextension&couplerfromthegunhead
