The ManualsOnline team has found the manual for this product! We hope it helps solve your problem. Get the Manual Here
0 You can manually change the screen's frequency (Windows XP) by right clicking on the desktop background, left click on properties, go to the 'Settings' tab at the top, left click on 'Advanced', open the 'Monitor' tab at the top, and then change the "Screen Refresh Rate" in the scroll-down box to something lower. You may also need to change the screen's resolution which is on the same page that the 'Advanced' button was on, do this by moving the slider to the left. For the HDMI connection you need to make sure the computer is sending the signal out the HDMI port, and that the TV is set to the HDMI input. Depending on the model TV there may be more than one, which would be listed HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.
