Why do I have just the clock but no channels are shown so I can't change them? The remote flashes red for all devices one by one. I cannot get any channels or for any to change. If I get a blank picture, it will show channel 33 on the tv set with the words "please wait. The screen goes blank. Or I just get a snowy picture with channel 18 that is snowy on the tv set. What is wrong with my 2 remotes?
