Twice in 24 hrs my away ADT Safewatch Pro 3000 ala...

Twice in 24 hrs my away ADT Safewatch Pro 3000 alarm went off for motion inside the house. Nothing was happening. How do I decrease the sensitivity of the system? I have the manual at the ready, but would appreciate assistance finding the right technical terms for making the correction. Thank you.
