Question About ALCATEL Mobile Phones Cell Phone alcatel one touch 5020n
need manual...

my phone freeze, I can't dial out or even get it to do anything it just freezes. at times , I can't even hang up my phone after talking. The only way is to take out the battery and wait. had this problem since I bought the phone. Metro PC won't do nothing.
