Question About Alliance Laundry Systems Washer hwt121wn1102
Not agitate...

The washer fills ok, but not agitate. When I check, the motor spins but the drum is not moving, even though I changed the new belt. The drum can be rotated clockwise, but not to the opposite direction as the motor spins. ???Transmission problem???
