my gas-easy touch control 500 range is suddenly (after 2 years use) not heating the oven properly. It, not always, but often heats up to the programmed temperature then begins at some unknown point to descend in temp. It is lit but it doesn't appear to have proper temp control. What to do. No mention of this problem in troubleshooting section of manual. Thanks p.s. can send picture if needed
