I have the SD10 variant, which is a great product - when I can get it to work. The micro switch that stops the unit when the water is full has always been very difficult. The float does not easily trigger it, so the unit is very hard and frustrating to start. Testing the micro switch by hand indicates it requires both a vertical and lateral movement before the "click" that allows current to flow to the unit's motor. Advice welcome.
