heat pump does not go on, cannot get it to switch on, all systems seem fine (bills paid :)). There is a flashing red light inside where you should see the pilot light. I've tried restarting the electric. The gas is on. I just hope it isn't the $350 part I had to replace last year. It is supposed to boost the power coming in (ever heard of it?) I would appreciate advice.
