I am looking for a manual for an Americana oven stove that has the Model # AGB5300PJ1WW year 2000. Even though i follow the directions written on the oven door that says something like push the oven knob for one minute and the oven still will not turn on yet the top burners work. What should i do? I do not have a manual for my oven. How can i get it to work? the serial number for my oven is LG101272P. The 7 might be a Z for the serial number.
