Hi, The gas to the house i'm renting was shut off due to construction and I was wondering if there is any safety issues I need to worry about with the water heater? If they turn the gas back on without me knowing and the pilot light is not lit, is there any chance of the gas getting out and finding one of my heaters or something like that? I'm not very good at these kinds of things and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
