Question About AOC Computer Monitor 2230Fa
monitor driver...

I am ready to install my new 2230Fa monitor. A monitor driver is included with it. (1)Do I need to install the driver before detaching my old monitor? (2)Do I need to power down the CPU before plugging in the new monitor?
