already hit reset button over up/dpwn buttons for temp control... still flashing 'cool' but ac hasn't kicked on... looked in online manual and it showed a reset button to the right of batteries but didn't see a reset button in that area under plastic button... top button over up/down controls says 'reset' over it... when i press it the number '11' appears for 1 second then factory defaults show up and 'cool' still flashes but ac hasn't started...
