I've owned my mp3 player for a while and it's been working fine until now. I can still use it to listen to the songs that I've already loaded, but if I plug it into my computer, to load more songs, the screen just shows an hourglass . . . forever. I've tried leaving it in for hours and no change. The computer does not acknowledge that it's plugged in.
