the thermostat seems to be faulty it just has one temp and burns food as it goes to the high temp then stays at that no matter what temp to try to set it at. it then turns itself off presumably once the temp gets to a certain point as a safety feature. i need to get a new thermostat i think and also need to know where they are positioned and are the diy fittable.s
