We are using Asko 12004 WM110. Now we can not open the door. According to our manual: If the door cannot be opened in the normal manner, it can be opened .....Unscrew the plastic ring and pull, then the door opens." But where is the plastic ring? We have removed the lower front panel, we only can see the small drain hose and strainer. Please help! It's emergency! Our clothes have been in the machine for three days!
