I have a AD N820B Aspire DVD player w/progressive scan. I am trying to locate a manual and also a remote control for it. There is nothing wrong with it except cant select the section to play and can't advance to next part wo/remote. HELP!!!! PLEASE . Have a product #2570687 & it was manufactured in 2004. Cat# 16-3900
