I have a MODEL AD-N820B and I cannot get subtitles to appear in English on foreign films. I did manage to have it working some time ago but when I tried to watch a movie this past weekend I could not get the subtitles in English . . . . subtitles were appearing in the native tongue, Italian. I have an owner's manual and tried every combination using OSD button, etc. on the remote but to no avail
