Ativa model pf-8dn-202-p3r purchased from office depot, this is the 2'nd unit in 1 year since purchase. (office depot replaced once).. After 3 months this unit shows the Ativa spash screen but then goes black, cannot access with back buttons or remote. return-on does the same. Is there a master reset button sequence, or something that can be done to restore unit.
