Question About Audiovox PRO-9800
car alarm not working...

My car alarm does not remote start anymore and the alarm does not work. Only the lock and unlock works. I bought it from Ford and they installed but do not seem to want anything to do with except to sell me another one. I'm hoping it is just a programing problem Thanks BILL
