I have had the CPX-RS1 remote starter system in my truck for three years. My original starter remote broke a couple of weeks age - it will no longer send a signal (it got stepped on. I ordered a replacement XT-21 remote control but it doesnt work. My question is this - are all of these remotes programmed with the same frequency or are they different? I they are the same my new remote should work. If the frequency of the new remote is different is there a way to adjust the receiver to match the remote? Thanks for the help.
