I took rechargeable batteries out of my Bell & Howell SX 300 Digital Camera to check their voltage. When I attempted to put the batteries back to the camera I noticed that there was no indication of how the batteries should be configured. I would look in the manual the answer to my question if I had one. The only thing that I can see that distinguishes one cell from another is a black rubber ring over one of the battery terminal positions on the sliding door.
