Question About Bowe, Bell + Howell Projector None
How to change the speeds?...

I have just purchase a bell and howell 1585 16mm projector. And I need to slow the film down I know it can change the speeds but I don't know how I see the lever where it saids change speed only when its running I need help!! thank you! Jerry
