the sensor reading the room humidity level stopped working.. the humidifier is still working but after turning off the unit to clean the filter it came on at 27% and will not change not matter how long it's ran.. after unplugging again it came back on at 26% and again, will not change. Is there a reset button for the sensor?

5 to get at the filter for cleaning isn't hard, take the water resevoire out and look at the bottom for a clip lock, undo this and lift the housing unit off the base. The filters are there and you lift them out to clean and reverse all of to his to put it back together

0 Mine does exactly the same thing. Forget the built-in humidity sensor and just buy an external meter. They are inexpensive. Now if I can just figure out how to get at the filter for cleaning....... That info was helpfully omitted from the manual.
