Question About Bissell Electric Steamer 1694
instruction manual stinks...................

what is the container on the front of cleaner -right hand side - and is the red spinner on the left suppose to go constantly or not. - the manual does not match my model 8806 - listed on bottom of machine - if QVC got your lemons will dump it in the trash and take a loss.
