Question About Bissell 8910
Beater bar...

beater bar has stopped rotating. Belt is intact and the bar will spin when manually rotated. it appears that there is another belt with teeth on it that drives the bar, it seems to be intact however it is very loose. Maybe it has stretched? if I had a manual I would disassemble and get a better look at it. Thanks for your help.
