Question About Bissell Vacuum Cleaner 1698
help...

I shampooed last week and it would only release water for a minute then quit.To get it started again I had to take the tank off then put it back on. It would only work for a minute each time.It always picked up the solution good,but not release it. What is wrong? I need a manual.
