The Lunch box sandwich loaf dough was so dry it stopped the machine several times. On my second attempt at making this loaf, I added an egg. I added more water... still too dry. I measured all ingredients carefully. Also... why must I use bread flour? Now I have three types of flour in my house... only two of which I can use in this new machine.

1 Really? this is the one i make all the time and have never had the problems you are having. The water for the recipe is sufficient for the amount of flour..strange!

1 I too like the one above found three recipies very heavy and dry and it needed milk jam and butter to make it go down.
