i am looking for a manual for a Black and Decker finishing manual 5550-02/02 as I cannot see how to change the sandpaper! Many thanks!

0 finishing sander 5550-02/02 from Black and Decker does not seem to have any of the clips that newer ones have and I can't see how to change the sand paper on it. Any help (or the manual) would be much appreciated!
