0 TURN THE MINITOR OFF ON THE REMOTE, PRESS UP, DOUWN, LEFT THEN RIGHT, AND THEN MENU, WAIT FOR 10 SECS AND THE PROGAMING MENU SHOULD COME ON THE SCREEN
