I have an electric Blanco oven -I have mja I problems cooking cakes; the cake either does not rise properly or it collapses as soon as I take it out of the oven. I have followed the recipe and baking time. Checked that the cake was cooked before removing it for me oven. These are recipes that I used to cook in my old gas oven and they were always successful. Any suggestions
