I bought this grill at walmart 3 years ago and my burners do not work anymore. I understand they have a 10 year warranty, because an employee at walmart told me to call 1(800)762-1142. I tried but got answer machine to call during business hours even though it was only 3;00 PM western time(5:00 PM eastern time). Can someone email me please to see what i have to do to get my burners replaced. Thank you.
