I parked my car, shut it off then went back to my car about a half hour later. I put the key in the ignition I turned to the #1 position where the dash lite up and the steering wheel unlocked but the key locked in that position so thew only way I could cut the power was to disconnect the battery. Can you give me an idea what is or maybe going and where I should look to correct the situation.
