Question About Bose DVD Player 3.2.1 GS Series II, 3.2.1 Series II

Previously, when I wanted t66o play a DVD, I would load the DVD, push the CD-DVD button on the Nose remote and the DVD audio & visoe would start. Tonight when I go thru the proccess, only the audio from the DVD starts. The picture remains on what was pl;aying on the TV. How do I correct this?
