My bose receives power when turned on (clock show) but I cannot get any response when trying to use the remote which is the only way to operate this model. I called and had a new remote sent to me but seems this is not the problem. I cannot locate my manual to figure out if there is any way to reset the system or what I need to do to get it working again. Any suggestions?
