Dear Sir/ Madam, I have not used my Oxyjet Professional Care for more than two years. I tried using it yesterday but the Oxyjet (spray) wouldn't work. The machine seemed to work fine, as I could hear the usual sound, but the water in the container wouldn't get absorbed into the hose, and therefore it wouldn't come out from the spray nozzle.
