handset shows searching or out of range despite me having turned off thepower . for more than the suggested time. I have also pressed call until the base bleeped but still cannot any change of onscreen message. at no point have I had a dialling tone . my other 3 phones continue to render excellent service . please can you offer guidance. many thanks
