i purchased a bt 7610 nuisance call blocker trio on thursday i followed the set up and now have no dialling tone and cannot receive incoming calls i have tried using my home number from my mobile

1 I have got the same problem . My service provider is virgin . I returned the first set only to find out that the 2nd pair don't work and luckily I have got the original bt3500 graphite set

0 I got one on Thursday and cant get it setup second handset is working fine
