I recently bought BT fax machine from ebay. I manage to pick this up very cheap and although cheap it was stated in working condition. When I got home I sent a fax, test page to a friend, who immediately called back to say the pages are black. I did a copy page to see if this did the same and it does. Now I feel this is probably something to do with the ink cartridge which, I am about to change but I wonder if anyone could shed some light as to any other causes there might be if this does not work?
