Brother MFC-425CN - all in one printer, scanner, copier, fax, etc. The red ink doesn't work. We have cleaned the heads, replaced the cartriges, brought it to the dealer. We were told that it's very expensive to replace the head and even then they aren't sure it will work. Therefore they advised just getting a new one. Does anyone have any ideas of we ourselves may be overlooking? Thank you, Steve
