I have a Brother MFC-490CW and we are having problems with the black ink. It was out of ink for a while, and I just replaced it and it STILL wont work. The colors print fine, just the black wont work. ALSO- we are trying tp have the faxes to this machine forwarded to another one until we get this taken care of, but cant figure out how to do that either. PLEASE HELP!!!
