Question About Brother All in One Printer MFC-490CW
MFC-490CW printer can't get back on line...

Had a problem where the printer lost power since then it won't get offline. I have rebooted the printer .. reset it to the network. It now is connected to the network but with Vista I can't seem to get it online.

0 I had the same problem. I had to uninstall and reinstall on all computers needing to use the printer. works fine now, and i have not had a prob again even though the power has gone out twice since.

0 Have you figured out a solution yet. I have reset the printer, drivers, and all software and still It sees the printer but nothing!

0 I have the same problem,can't get printer to print wireless.I can't find the cd so I can uninstall and install again!! HELP PLEASE

0 Here is the fix from Brother's FAQ. See URL attached. (Need to change port config to type RAW)
