Unable to clean...

Printer said " Unable to clean " and ask me to look for trouble shooting in user guide. but I lost my user guide.

0 I HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM. HAVE CHANGED ALL INK CARTRIDGES CHECKED FOR AND FOREIGN OBJECTS IN THE PRINTER BUT TO NO AVAIL. WILL KEEP LOOKING AND HOPEFULLY WILL GET THIS RESOLVED
