Question About Brother Scanner DCP 165C
Scanner is not working...

My scanner used to work... I had no problem printing and copying... but just now, when i press the scan button, choose scan to file...it just gets stuck at connecting to PC, then it would return to the main screen. The scanning won't start. I tried reinstalling the driver but the same thing happens... please help
