I have a Bryant thermostat without air conditioning. It is extremely hot right now, and I'd like to run the fan only. I followed the instructions for manual operation, which said that with the program switch set to 'off', when 'Fan On' is selected, the fan will run continuously. It won't run at all with 'heat', 'off', or 'cool' set. Please help. Thank you. Joan
