Not sure why series of spa it is, but it had the above number on it, so assuming it's the model #. The old owners of the tub did not leave a manual. we cleaned out the tub and tried to heat it up again, but somehow locked it maybe - where it won't let me punch up or down or turn jets on or anything. It has an asterisk and pound key located on it and i'm not sure what these are for.
