Question About Canon Fax Machine None
we have a canon fax machine L100. It is displaying...

we have a canon fax machine L100. It is displaying the message 'no toner cartridge put in cartridge' even when a brand new cartridge has been inserted. We have tried turning the machine off and leaving for a few minutes before turning back on but still no working. Can you help? Thank you.
