Okay.. Yes, it is old and my company has no manual and I punching in all kinds of actions on this label maker and none seem to give me a simple _ (underscrore). I have gone to function, symbols and I shifted to get it and nothing has come up at all. Please if you have one out there and yes, you may think this is simple... but believe me - unless you are doing it, it is beating up not to get the underscore "_" . I appreciate any help Kristina
