We have Castelle's Faxpress 5000 with version 9.1.5 of Faxmain installed. Everything was working fine until about 1 week ago. Now fax pages are cut-off. Even if the the faxmain application says the status is OK, the faxes are still incomplete. And there is no consistency to it, sometimes it is the first page that is cut-off or the second, etc. Does anyone know what the problem is or could be?
