Hi, We purchased the electric fire place model CFM EF26 a few years ago. A few months ago the "Flame Generator Assembly" broke. I fixed it but it broke again a few days later. I have heard that now electric fire places are more realistic? Is it true? If so, I would like to buy a new insert EF26. How much would it be? Thank you. Nicole Temme
